Sometimes I read your blog and think "That is exactly how I feel", not even slightly different, just the absolute same. Do you think everyone is that anxiety-ridden and they just hide it better? Can we help ourselves out by just believing that?

No, not everyone is that anxiety ridden. There are some people out there who drive to a store, park their car, and then get into the store every time, instead of sometimes driving to the store, parking their car, and then just realize that they’re too self conscious to go into the store and so they drive back home.

I mean, it’s whatever now. It’s certainly not like that anymore.  I used to feel big swells of anxiety over certain things in between lulls of not feeling anxious at all. But that changed; I haven’t had a panic attack, or anything close to a panic attack (aside from my chest feeling tight for brief periods of time during like, horror movies, like a normal person?) in years and years, but I also am just in a constant low level state of anxiety over absolutely nothing.

Which is totally fine. You just gotta own ur anxzioutee, girl. I think my anxiety gives me a better sense of humor and a decreased chance of dying in a careless accident.
